These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the MIJA website and govern the relationship between the customer and MIR-JOS DOO.

MIJA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your order are the terms published on the website at the time the order is placed.

1. Product Information

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, colours, sizes, materials, and prices.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display.

2. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

MIJA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if the order details provided are incomplete or incorrect.

For pre-order or reservation pieces, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. These pieces are produced after the reservation period and shipped once ready.

3. Payment

At the moment, orders can be paid by invoice or by cash on delivery.

For invoice payments, payment details will be provided after the order is placed. The order is confirmed once payment has been completed.

For cash on delivery, payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Macedonian Denars (MKD), unless stated otherwise.

MIJA reserves the right to update prices, promotions, and offers at any time. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery information, costs, and estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

MIJA is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, product designs, product names, text, graphics, logos, brand materials, visual identity, and overall presentation, is the property of MIJA or is used with permission.
