We want you to feel confident in every MIJA piece you receive.

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Delivery costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and include clear photos.

Because MIJA pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the same product, material, colour, or size will be available for exchange.
