Shipping policy

Orders within North Macedonia are delivered by Eco Logistics courier services.

Delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier schedule, and availability of the recipient.

Free delivery is available on orders over 1,500 MKD. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is shown at checkout.

Order Information

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order is dispatched, delivery information will be sent to the contact details provided at checkout.

Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are entered correctly. MIJA is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

For pre-order or reservation pieces, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. These pieces are produced after the reservation period and shipped once ready.

Payment

At the moment, orders can be paid by invoice or by cash on delivery.

For invoice payments, the customer will receive the payment details after placing the order. The order is confirmed once the payment has been completed.

For cash on delivery, payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery of the order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations are only available for orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered preparation, production, or delivery.

International Delivery

International orders are delivered to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Free international delivery is available on orders over €190. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by MIJA.
